BTC Inc.

I was the first HR hire at employee 14. Scaled the events and media teams to 100+ in 12 months, from 3,500 attendees to 35,000. Participated in multiple product launches and later absorbed all of technology, systems, security, in 2024, and AI in 2025. Led executive hiring for Nakamoto and helped with M&A/compliance work to take the company public.

Westwind Aviation, Inc.

First HR hire in 2014. I built the People Operations function from 0 to 1 across three entities and 145 employees before selling to United Airlines in 2021. Before the United acquisition, I focused on HR infrastructure, employee relations, policy, and high-volume pilot recruiting. Post-acquisition, after 2/3 of the entities were sold, I focused on designing financial infrastructure, reducing and automating systems, and rebuilding the company's foundation to support a more nimble operation.
