Before the United acquisition, I focused on HR infrastructure, employee relations, policy, and high-volume pilot recruiting. Post-acquisition, after 2/3 of the entities were sold, I focused on designing financial infrastructure, reducing and automating systems, and rebuilding the company's foundation to support a more nimble operation.
