II have spent the last seven years functioning as an HR Generalist, focusing on all primary HR functions in a fast-growing flight school. I spent 2020 leading our HR Operations through a lengthy acquisition by United Airlines. Currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors for a Non-Profit. Previously at Wells Fargo on the retail side selling financial products. I am passionate about organizational design and development, business models, people operations, finance, and solving complex problems.

In 2012 my journey at Wells Fargo began as a Teller. My role was to understand the financial services and products we offered, how Wells Fargo functioned at the retail branch level, and how to serve customers through deposit, withdrawal, and credit functions. In late 2012, I accepted a new position as Lead Teller, where I continued to learn about financial products, how cash shipments work, dual custody control and bank inventory, foreign currency operations, and safety AML/KYC procedures for approving large transactions. In 2013, I stepped into the role of Personal Banker, where I sold financial services and products to customers that best fit their needs. These products consisted of checking and savings accounts, trusts, loans, credit lines, business and merchant services, and other general banking needs.
